1. Define how to clarify safety goals in a way that excites senior leadership.
2. Identify tools for assessing safety culture to understand what is necessary to achieve the organization's safety goals.
3. Describe and understand how to reinforce desired safe behavior necessary to achieve the goals.
4. Summarize why constant evaluation is necessary for continuous improvement.
